Thank you for choosing Personal Branding Collective. We strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our Refund Policy below.

Personal Branding Workbook:

Due to the digital nature of our "Personal Branding Workbook," all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you have accessed or downloaded the workbook, we cannot offer a refund.

Workshops and Events:

  • Cancellations by You:

    • For cancellations made [Insert Number] days or more prior to the scheduled workshop or event date, you may be eligible for a [Specify Percentage or Full] refund, minus a [Specify Amount or Percentage] administrative fee.

    • For cancellations made within [Insert Number] days of the scheduled workshop or event date, we are unable to offer a refund. However, in some cases, we may allow you to transfer your registration to a future workshop or event of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and our discretion. Please contact us to inquire about transfer options.
       

  • Cancellations by Personal Branding Collective:

    • In the unlikely event that Personal Branding Collective cancels a workshop or event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any cancellations in a timely manner.
       

Digital Products (Other than Workbook):

Refunds for other digital products (such as templates or guides, if offered) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your specific request and reason for the refund.

 

How to Request a Refund (if applicable):

To request a refund for a workshop or event (if eligible), please contact us at personalbrandingcollective@gmail.com with the following information:
 

  • Your full name

  • The name and date of the workshop or event

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
     

We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 10 business days.

Refund Processing:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.  

 

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy in extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
